This is so easy and delicious it really isn't even a recipe.

2 cans albacore tuna - drained
2 green onions washed and sliced thin
2 teaspoons Feisty Fish Rub™
Mayo to your desired consistency

Drain tuna well and mix everything together. Chill and enjoy. If you want to use this as an easy appetizer. Put the tuna salad in phyllo cups.
